About The Owner

As you can see by the photo, at the ripe age of nine years old, I started working for my father at his CITGO store back in 1973. In 1974 my family and I relocated to Atlanta, GA.

While residing in Atlanta, after more than a decade working alongside my dad at his Shell store, I decided to take on a new endeavor after graduating from the University of Georgia.

While working as a financial advisor, I came to realize that my true passion in life was being a part of the automotive industry.

In 2015 I purchased Back on the Road, which has since been renamed Extra Mile. “Extra Mile” is a Biblical reference that I value wholeheartedly as a business owner. Our promise to our customers is to put loyalty first, while going the Extra Mile to make their experience memorable.

I am truly blessed to serve the people of Alpharetta and Milton, GA, from the age of nine up to now. “When you love what you do, you will never have to work a day in your life.”
